All our bags and accessories are entirely handmade in Italy, crafted by skilled artisans using carefully selected materials. Each piece is unique; slight variations in color, texture, or finish are a natural hallmark of artisanal craftsmanship and should not be considered imperfections.

We strive to present our products as accurately as possible through detailed descriptions and imagery. However, minor variations may occur due to lighting conditions, screen settings, and the handmade nature of each item.

Once an order has been placed, it is considered final and cannot be modified or canceled. Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Due to the exclusive and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Clear photographs of the item and original packaging

We currently ship exclusively within Switzerland using trusted courier services.
Orders are dispatched on Tuesdays and Thursdays by the end of the day. Delivery usually occurs within 2/3 business days after shipment. Shipping days and delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or external factors beyond our control. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. The courier will release the package only to the recipient or an authorized person.

As all orders are shipped within Switzerland, no customs duties or import taxes apply.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, lack of care, exposure to moisture, or normal wear and tear.
